Furthermore contained in this latest photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a key detailing various sections of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
